I will not be staying here again. I have stayed here for over 20 years when I visit family in Glenview. I was there for three nights Friday to Monday. My room was never cleaned. The trash was not taken out. The towels were not replaced. There were bags of garbage on the hallway floors as well as piles of dirty towels. I asked the Indian woman who apparently runs the hotel. She said that they do not clean at all on the weekends. The elevator was filthy and tha area around it in the lobby floor smelled horrible.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, the basic suite was spacious, nice bathroom. The location is near shopping and the interstate. Handy for us.

The host accommodated my early check in, which was great. There was a strong smell of urine near the main floor elevator and restroom during check-in and the floor of the main lobby was dirty. The walls are paper thin, so you can distinctly hear people above you and in adjacent rooms. There was some trash on the parking lot. Overall, the staff was nice, but the noise level and cleanliness of common areas should be addressed.

Excellent stay…the breakfast is more like a brunch…so much variety. Very comfy bed and kitchenette in the rooms offers so much! Clean and super reasonably priced! Distance from downtown is worthwhile just the traffic adds 15-20 min each way

Family and I had a great stay here over the weekend. We did a little staycation with the family. Staff was great, nothing to complain about there. Ammenities were great. Pools was nice, and no issues with breakfast. Only thing was, we were planning a movie night as part of the staycation. Expedia stated there are DVD players in the rooms,but not the case. Staff stated they got rid of them 4 years ago. Not the end of the world. Rooms definitely need to be updated. Couch was almost falling apart and old. Door dividing bedroom and kitchen area was about to fall off hinges and frame was loose. Again, small issues but nothing major. It was a very nice stay.

Staff was great. The hotel is in a safe area, convenient to major highways and shopping/dining. The free breakfast is perfect so we can get up and out quickly. Our room and most importantly our bed were clean with fresh linens and bedspread. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not really in walking distance of much but the hotel does offer a shuttle which is quite useful. Also breakfast is available on the property which came in quite handy. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean. No complaints. I had a pleasant stay

Unfortunately the room I was given had been smoked in heavily, despite being a "non-smoking" room. I asked to be moved but was told the hotel was full. I was told the room had been empty for a week and should have been clean and aired out. It was not. I woke up at 5 AM due to the smell and left shortly after.

I choose this hotel because it had a suite with a kitchen and free parking. The property was okay, except the hallway by the elevator smelled like urine.

I have stayed at Staybridge properties before, especially for long term while at a training. The one in Madison (Middleton), WI was fabulous. This location is in an business office park which is nice. I question the cleaniness of this location since I found a New Year's headband in the elevator and New Years was 5 days ago. So, how clean can it be? The other thing that surprised me is, they allow dogs which have been barking. We'll see if it quiets down at bedtime.
