Great hotel.

I booked this hotel room to recuperate from a medical procedure before the ffup exam a couple of days later. It had everything I needed- separate bedroom from living area, full size ref/freezer (for ice), kitchenette for meals and quality hot buffet breakfast and dinner that they allowed my hubby to bring up to me. They even have a spot in the lobby with healthy snacks to purchase. They let pets stay but no smell and noise is barely heard in the halls. I will definitely stay here again!

Nightmare from the start....

This hotel was under construction and I was unaware until i arrived. I was offered an "upgraded" room but with one exception the room was not complete and had no cabinet doors for the kitchen...all of which I shrugged off and got settled to go to bed.....I proceeded to my room thru groups of guys working in tile, garbage piled in corners from rooms and finally made it to my room to relax....i fell sleep and woke at 245 to a fire alarm and was evacuated. 30 minutes later I was back in bed with the all clear and nearly asleep with a 2nd fire alarm went off, and yes I evacuated again only to find out this was an ongoing problem that week for many of the hotel guests....again in returned to my room and at 440 tried to get some shut eye as I laid my head on the pillow....you guessed it.....the fire alarm again and yet another evacuation....my last and final as I returned to my room showered, packed and checked out. I skipped the "FREE" breakfast lord knows what problem I would have encountered with it. Absolutely the worst night at a hotel ever and the staff simply stood there at the desk with a blank face.....never ever going back.

Beds are small, and extremely noisy and on comfortable, front desk is slow to checking. it took her over 25 mins to retrieve payment from hotels.com

Pretty good. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. People complaining on eachother. They should add a pool

I'm not scared of no ghost!!!

Unfortunately I have a ghost experience in my hotels room bathroom! Randomly in the middle of the night the toilet keep flushing. I was scared, luckily I had someone to cuddle with. Went home the next day and googled ghost activity in hotel rooms. Flushing toilets are one of the top activities that pop up!! I would still go back though, we named the ghost Daquan .

Started out wonderful

The first night was great, along with check in. Beautiful room. But the 2nd day (morning) things seemed to go downhill. We were in the process of getting ready, heard something but wasn't sure what it was, next thing we know someone is trying to open the door, luckily we had put the door latch on the night before. Next was we went to take a shower and there was no shampoo.. 2 conditioners but no shampoo. Then I tried to call to the front desk to see if we had to come down to check out or if we could just leave. Tried twice and never got an answer. When we got to the front desk the employee was on her cell phone.
