Another excellent say at this property. My children and I felt very comfortable. The breakfasts were hot and well stocked. The hotel itself was very clean and extremely comfortable. My children loved the pool. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only things that I noticed were a loose faucet which did not affect our stay and I was thanked by staff for bringing that to their attention. I appreciated their attention to the needs of the property.

We got to the property and the manager was pleasant and kind. She upgraded us immediately and we were so surprised and pleased when we saw the room!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back to visit with the family soon!!!!

Reservation for 3. Only 2 bath towels and no bedding for pull out. Asked to get pillow and bedding for bed. Received bedding but never received the pillow. Pool was full of hair and a white film on top and very cold for being a heated pool. Breakfast was extremely cold and no way to heat up.

Amazing place! So clean. The laundry can be done free of charge! The pool is heated and so clean! The gym room as well. Everyone so helpful and kind. I would give them 10 stars if possible! The only thing, there was a noise from the guest above us. He would walk all day and night! So loud! We did not want to complain but the night was sleepless.

We spent 1 night here because we are from another state and had a medical procedure the next morning. Staybridge Suites is our go-to hotel in various cities because of the kitchens. They have always up to date and clean. This one however, was not. Our room had rust on the vents (signaling some moisture issues), holes in the furniture and the refrigerator was so noisy we had to unplug it to sleep. The bifold closet door was broken also. The meats at breakfast were cold - coffee was old. Not impressed with this one.

The stay was gra great until the last morning. My husband found a bug in our bed. I assume because we were checking out that afternoon it wasn't a big deal. I found a Huge bit mark and bump on my back.

I helped build this Hotel in 2001 and Very pleased at how well it still looks New. This is great area to stay. The hotel is very clean with a Very Good staff. Im glad they have a full kitchen cause the Breakfast situatoon is Very weak.We prepared part of breakfast in our room. Beautiful lounge to eat and outdoor sitting for summer. Nice beds, Good rooms, Good staff.

1 bedroom suite is hard to find
The 1 bedroom suite is 1 double bed in its own room and 1 double bed in the living room with a pull out sofa - we made it work with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I did smell a cat smell, but I was the only 1 that could. Our room was right next to the stafff from, the laundry and all the service areas, so it was not a quiet stay (room 140). Staff was friendly and breakfast looked good

Disgusting!
The pictures when booking look great but ones there the furniture is very worn out. Couches were disgusting. Felt extremely uncomfortable. Having my kids there was upsetting and I didn’t want them sitting or laying around in the furniture. :( the only thing the staff did to help was 1. look at another room which was worse! 2. brought blankets to put over couches. Super dissatisfying and disappointing

The staff is friendly, and when something is out of order in the room, they address it in a timely fashion. Hot breakfast and swimming pool are nice perks. The room was clean. What to improve: The stove in my room heated up very slowly; for a cup of hot water, you'd have to wait 15 min to get to the boiling point; same with cooking. Room check/control should be done prior to the customer's moving in: the sink was clogged, which was unpleasant; I had to go down to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned in the evening time. They did, however, honor my request and called for a plumber/handyman, who came in about half hour and drained the sink. I wouldn't want to wait till the next day, because you don't want to have standing water in the sink. I stayed in this hotel several times and would most likely choose it again.

We booked a week in advance to ensure we would have a room on the same floor as our family for my son’s birthday. When we arrived, I waited at the front desk for at least 10 minutes to be checked in due to no clerk being nowhere around. After check-in, When we walked into our room there was an OVERWHELMINGLY disgusting smell of urine in the room it & for me it was absolutely sickening! We had to switch rooms and unfortunately that placed us on a totally different floor than our family. I couldn’t do anything else but lay down because being pregnant, the urine smell from the previous room left me nauseous all night. I know animals are allowed in the facility but if there was an animal in there previously it would have benefited for that room to be inspected again for cleanliness before it was set to be checked into
