Check in is at 3:00pm. It out room was not ready until 3:45pm so we had to leave and come back. The property is non Amoy but there was a strong cigarette odor (smoke) coming g try on the bathroom The bathroom ceiling had rust spots

I was unpleasantly surprised by the accommodations at the Super 8. The lobby was filled with a smell of cigarette smoke. The front desk assistant was average but not overly welcoming. When I got to the room I was greeted with continued smell of cigarettes although the Super 8 is a smoke free facility. The hallways were smelly as well. The TV remote was taped up to keep from falling apart, the tv did not work properly, the walls were patched badly and in the bathroom the tub was stained. Overall it was not a great stay. This will be the last time I stay at this Super 8 in Bridgeview.

My stay was ok. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is outdated and could use some upgrades, such as ACTUAL closets and USB outlets. Based on the quality of the hotel however, I feel like I overpaid.

Great location for my trip
The room was fine, and clean. It could use better lighting, or at least an easier to find light switch in entry. I think the breakfast could use some fresh fruit. The breakfast choices were limited. The coffee was good. For me personally, the location was the best feature. I was in for a visit of family scattered from north to south in the greater Chicago area. The location was about as central as it could be, and also not far from Midway airport. Perfect! I also have to say everyone was helpful and polite. On this trip I didn’t have the opportunity to do any Chicago sight seeing, but I think the location would have been good for this purpose too.

The carpet was filthy, and in my granddaughter’s room, there were cockroaches in the bathroom…also, the sheets weren’t clean. This was my first time staying at this facility and my last time. Reported the conditions to the night staff and he wasn’t much help at all. Asked my granddaughter if she killed the cockroach. Very unprofessional!!!!

Outstanding Value
Check in and out was quick and easy. The price is unbeatable. The quality of service was good, and the condition and cleanliness of the hotel is magnificent for the price. The location has convenient accest to groceries and dinning, and it is also close to highway access in and out of Chicago. I would stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value on a limited budget.

This property is in need of an update. It looks old. At the very least, the carpets in the hallways and rooms need a deep cleaning or replacing. They look so dirty and disgusting!!! No way would we walk barefooted on them….or even in our socks!!! We would have checked out and found another place. However, we had prepaid and the money was not refundable. We will not stay here again.
