Frigerator & A/C compressor so noisy, had to turn off & just use fan. So room not cool enough.

Excellent basic hotel

Pros: Helpful staff. The cold breakfast actually was good. Many selections.
Cons: Probably my only comment would be the insulation between the 2nd floor ceiling and the 3rd floor. It was noisy when someone walked above my room.
Location: Didn't look. I was in Mokena for a specific reason. Looked like a nice community when I drove through to my destination.
First time I've ever stayed at a Super Motel. I was very impressed. Provided everything I needed for a short stay as I was traveling.

I had to consistently get a different key because it deactivated every day and toward the end the staff bordered on rude claiming it was something I was doing. Towels and other "junk" was on the stairs in the hallway. There was a hair on a shelf in the shower which was never cleaned. Mattresses on beds were old and uncomfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast offered very very little and if you didn't get there right when it opened everything was gone and you were out of luck. The price was very expensive for what you got. I would not stay again nor would I recommend it.

Hi Bre, I want to thank you for staying with us. I am sorry your key continuously kept getting demagnetized. As we spoke I was not sure why it would and as I did, I apologized each time. I even asked if you had your key next to your cell phone and anything with a magnetic strip on it that will cause them to get demagnetize. I even asked if by any chance you might had been getting your keys confused with the previous ones since each time we gave you a new key it over wrote the previous. Once again I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

Staff, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Room and property was clean. The breakfast needs to be improved. I have stayed in other hotels of this quality and pricing level and a superior quality breakfast.

Update needed

Pros: Friendly staff,clean rooms, fresh bagels & fruit
Cons: The rooms really need to be repaired, up-dated & renovated....an all-around facelift is in order.
The first two days of our 4 night stay were ok....the refrigerator in our room made noises & we had to unplug it. The walls were relatively thin & we could hear the people above us every time they moved, whether walking or getting in/out of bed. There were a group of drunk & disorderly people in the lobby till 3:45 a.m. The night mgr. had the good sense to get help & get rid of them. The parking lot was being re-surfaced.....they sealed half the lot at a time, but didn't repair the asphalt before sealing. Whoever did the work was sealing AROUND two cars.

Pros: It was quiet
Cons: The breakfast should be better more variety, pets owners should be allowed to request non smoking rooms
Location: Mokena/Frankfort
I traveled with my 2 pets and had to stay in a smoking room, due to the policy customers with pets are only allowed in the smoking rooms, I slept with the window open due to having allergies. I do not smoke, but had to stay in a smoking room even after expressing my concerns. The breakfast the hotel was very minimum very minimum I was disappointed.

A mediocre hotel off the Interstate

Pros: Clean room.
Cons: The staff could work on people skills.
Location: The towns of Frankfurt & Mokena are quite charming if you get out & drive a bit.
Clean very basic room. Clean bathroom. Very basic breakfast items with decent coffee. Most of the desk staff were all a bit curt & not very friendly as if they are bored & would rather be somewhere else. It didn't make one feel very welcome being from out of town. Convenient location off the interstate. It was a bit noisy during the night & the noise woke me several times. There are several other hotel choices close by I'd recommend checking those out.

Dirty hotel

Pros: Absolutely Nothing.
Cons: The entire place needs to be ripped apart and new everything put back into the building including carpet, bathtub, bed, linens, toilet, and microwave.

The entire place is filthy. The trash was always overflowing in the morning breakfast area. The hotel room was not clean. I found four condoms in the drawer next to my bed. Is this standard in every room? I did complete my stay as I was not able to receive a refund.

The bathroom sink was low our toilet seat was broke the beds were so uncomfortable
