The main lobby front and back doors were locked had to wait almost 10 minutes for security to open the door. Basketball court is closed on the weekends. The main reason we picked this hotel was for the court. Otherwise, we have a very nice view and the hotel room was clean.

Loved this hotel!! the staff was great and the view was amazing. getting up there from the underground parking can be a little tricky but overall great hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. Very secure and safe. View was amazing! Highly recommend and will stay there again if we are in the city overnight again.

Our stay was ok but very disappointing to find out the pool was closed on the weekend. It was the only reason we got the hotel. Our kids were looking forward to going only for the pool.

The view was amazing. The security staff when we first arrived was pretty rude and rushing. It was our first time at this hotel and we where the one people in line. The rest of the staff was great and very helpful. The security crew for the rest of the trip was also very nice and helpful. The king suite was very big. It felt bigger than my first apartment. Rooms do need some updating. Not the best place to stay with a family.
