The lobby is of course beautiful. But staff were almost absent. Hotel restaurant closed. Lobby bar was open and this was very pleasant - but bartender was very inattentive and unfriendly. Room was very small and in significant disrepair although very clean. No in room coffee or minibar. No fridge. But still for downtown sticker price. Very very disappointing stay.

Wonderful location but the room was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was full of hair and soap scum

Great customer service. Had the chance to take my children to a Chicago classic. Rooms were great and i would visit again
