Hotel was center point for my weekend

Pros: The rooms were very comfortable and loved that we could get anything from toothbrushes to workout clothes to use in the faculties on site.
Cons: Again, the breakfast buffet, some of the eggs were under cooked and the gravy for the biscuits had no flavor
Location: We stayed there because it was right in between Park Ridge, where we had morning plans and Schaumburg where we attended Midevil Times.
Loved finding affordable rates for a hotel at the center of everything that I had planned for the weekend. Only thing that we were disappointed with was the breakfast buffet. Wasn't really worth what we paid and expected just a little bit better quality of food for such a nice hotel.

Pros: The price was good. Service was excellent
Cons: Free WIFI would have been an improvement. Luckily I read the reviews that there is a $10 surcharge for wifi.... So I brought my own WIFI router....
Very pleasant. They are doing construction in the center atrium (which is visible from the room entrances) but otherwise it is excellent

Pros: Price was right. Clean. Staff friendly.
Cons: Improvements ongoing. Lobby should be very impressive when completed.
Location: Located in a business district. About miles to Woodfield Mall and IKEA.
Not aware of construction. Started about 1000 on Saturday morning, but not disruptive at all. Would have rated higher if construction was completed. No doubt this will be a "5" when completed.

Why do you charge for wifi and breakfast?

The hotel is lovely, but it's in an office park with no restaurants nearby. Because of that, it would have been nice if the hotel didn't CHARGE SO MUCH FOR BREAKFAST or at least provide a free continental breakfast to guests. Also, why does any hotel still CHARGE FOR INTERNET, especially the Westin? Why? The only great thing is that my dog stayed for free. Thank you for that!

Very nice room

Pros: I liked the staff, the room, everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: There was a sports bar down the street
The staff was great! Even the restaurant down in the lobby was good. The receptionist was very nice as and welcoming.

The hotel was very good. The only problem we had was that there was a very noisy group and we were not able to sleep until very late in the night.
