We thought the room was attractive and comfortable. The meal we had at the hotel was delicious. The fitness room was well equipped. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a nice perk. Our only complaint was that the beautiful shower had large format tile that was slippery for older travelers.

There’s no pool or whirlpool despite the photos on the website. It was extremely busy when we were there; long lines for Starbucks & elevators. Parking is $37!

Enjoyed the hotel. The room was great, the hall on the floor we were on was well-lit, wide, nice carpet. Loved the big city feel of the place and a salsa convention going on, very lively. The staff was very friendly and helpful, including in the Benchmark lounge. Nice having a Starbucks there. The area around the property - nothing wrong with it, it's at an airport, so lots of buildings, not at all scenic, but we expected that. Was very convenient to the airport, only 7 minute drive.

This property was probably the nicest aiport hotel i've ever stayed in. The room was spacious, renovated and immaculate. the bed, incredibly comfortable and beautifully made. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

They put a $300 placement on my card for incidentals. That was almost a month ago and have yet to see the money come back to the card. Seeing how the people I was staying with worked at a hotel it’s safe to assume we didn’t destroy the place but I have yet to see the money back

Staff said “bring your parking ticket in to me and you can come and go as you please”. My parking bill ended up $148.00 for 2 days. No microwave. Paid $25 for one (1) pancake and an orange juice in restaurant. I stay in 5 Star hotels all the time!!
