Pros: Convenience and friendly hotel staff.
Cons: Left expensive cologne in the room and it was not returned.
Location: Located in the heart of the loop with easy access to theatres, shopping, and dining.
Great location for Chicago Theatre and State Street shopping and dining.

We are used to staying in hotels with complementary wireless. Even in the areas where it was "FREE" it was not fast. In fact, you had to pay more in room to get faster service. That said, we also missed small amenities, like a coffee machine in room. Our room was on a lower level facing the train, so we did happen to hear that some during the night. Based on the amount we paid per night, I feel it would be worth an extra $50-100 to stay somewhere with those amenities included. There are enough around the area.

Pros: The staff. The housekeepers where awesome. I made it my business to find my housekeeper to tip her. She did wonderful
Cons: No microwave on site
Location: Location was prime. Shopping, food, and the theater.
I thought this hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Parking was a bit expensive but it's Chicago. The hotel had a fridge but not microwave on site.

Pros: Location
Cons: Elevators
VERY convenient! The only trouble we had was with the elevator. After a certain hour you need your room key to get to your floor. We were unaware of this and had trouble getting to our floor. Everything else was great!

Hotel is not as nice as in the pictures, did not like the showers at all.

Pros: Great staff. Room was lovely and comfortable view was great. Location perfect for our needs
Cons: Free internet. Shower power. Amenities like hair dryer and microwave
Location: Location was great. Easy access to everything downtown Chicago offers
No hair dryer or microwave. Charged for internet access. Who does that any more? All else was great
