No hair dryer or microwave. Charged for internet access. Who does that any more? All else was great

We were thrilled to read that you enjoyed the quality of your accommodations, and were pleased with the service that our staff provided! We certainly are privileged to have such a wonderful location, and were happy to read that you found it to be convenient.
We also appreciate your constructive feedback, and are constantly exploring ways to improve upon the great experience that we strive to offer. We would like to share that all of our rooms come equipped with hairdryers, and many of our accommodations do feature microwaves. Please accept our apologies regarding the hairdryer not being available in your room, we'll be sure to address this.
