Great hotel, best locationPosted Nov 6, 2015
Pros: Great location, great staff. Wonderful gym
Had a great time here, such a good location. Make sure you go out back door and front door to explore different areas for different restaurants. Concierge suggested some great spots to eat. Try Shaws, La Colonial and Seasons 52 for great food. Great coffee shop in E Randolph st, a must called Intelligentsia. Bobby's bike tours were good too. Shopping a must.

Posted Oct 12, 2015
Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds, City View 30％ off

Great Stay - Friendly StaffPosted Oct 11, 2015
Perfect location with great city views. Staff very helpful, even had hotel car for short drop off within a mile. Magnificent Mile a block away. We did not eat at the restaurant - supposed to be great but on high end. Only negative is room snack prices very high. It did have a good coffee maker in room and great coffee complimentary by the front desk in am.

Best Hotel Ever!Posted Oct 11, 2015
Pros: Beautiful room - excellent location!! Close to everything & everywhere we wanted to go.
Cons: Take more control over the people begging for money when you walk out the front door. Almost dreaded leaving the premises because of that reason.
Location: Excellent restaurants..AMC theatre, shopping, Walgreens, Navy Pier, Garret's Popcorn..anything you could want, you could find within a block or two.
Would have given the "hotel staff" a five-star if it weren't for the girl who checked us out when we were leaving. She was the only person we came into contact at the hotel that seemed snobbish...less than friendly. Our check-in was AWESOME! The girl who checked us in was SO nice, she upgraded us to a bigger, nicer room w/a view of the lake, which I didn't even ask for. LOVED THAT!!! Had the BEST stay - hotel was beyond words. We aren't fancy people & don't travel much. We go to Chicago every year for our wedding anniversary so we don't hesitate to splurge on a nice hotel. This was our 26-year anniversary. We usually stay at the Four Seasons but decided to try someplace different. So glad we did. Was just the most perfect weekend ever. The ONLY downside was when we were checking out. The girl who checked us out wasn't very friendly. Was sad that our last minutes of our awesome weekend left us feeling like that. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. She was just very unfriendly & acted like we were putting her out by helping us. That was the ONLY bad thing I can say about the entire stay. Would definitely definitely go back!!! Perfect location for anything you'd want to do. Walked to Navy Pier. Took taxi to museum & only cost us $10. Walked all over the place - morning, noon & night - always felt safe.

Great stay!!!Posted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: The service!!! Incredible:)
Location: The River walk is great. within walking distance of the Willis Tower and Hancock Tower - about 20 minutes.
From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were treated very well. Everyone wanted to help us and make sure we were happy. We had our son with us - so the sofa bed needed to be made up. Within minutes of being in our room, housekeeping came in to get it ready. We wanted to eat brunch at the restaurant -16 - a must! - and we asked rather late in the evening. Not a problem. I received 2 texts within 10 minutes confirming our time! We will stay here again. We had used the self-parking option, and my husband and son had taken our luggage to the car before we headed to brunch. An employee was in the elevator with them. My husband asked my son what floor the car was on, and my son simply raised 5 fingers to signify the 5th floor. The employee who heard this exchange - pushed the button for the 5th floor for them. That is service!!!!
