I would Not recommend, Nor stay at this Hotel ever

To Management/Customer Service:
This past weekend (January 20th – the 22nd), my Lady and I resided at your hotel, In the end, I guarantee that I, nor will my company ever use your establishment again. I was appalled at the service, the initial presentation was awful, the food subpar, and the company’s communication terrible.
Upon checking in, I had to wait 30 mins. When I finally get to my room, I open the Window blinds and find duct tape covering cracks in the wall. I guess Duct Tape was applied to conceal it (Room 3012, Please see attached picture).
Once in my room, I wanted to order Room Service- no Menu in the room. Called the Front Desk- I had to wait 30 minutes for a menu.
My Lady and I want to relax, the room was reserved for two- yet there is only one Robe in the room. Call the front Desk- after 30 minutes we receive a second Robe.
Amenities: There was no Refrigerator in the room, but I was able to get one after calling the Front Desk. However even though there is a sign in the room that stated that I could make the same request for a Microwave, no Microwave was available.
Wanted to watch Movie from the Room- I was met with an error message. I followed the message and called the Front Desk- she said I was good, I hung up and tried again. It did not work. Called a second time- she did something on her end, and told me to try again. I tried with her on the phone- It did not work. The
