Nice Hotel

Pros: pool, staff member at the entrance and room where I lived
Cons: Improve skills of employee how to provide best customer service
Location: Woodfield mall, Ohare Airport
Overall experience about the hotel was nice. But I really hate the thing one employee asking about cast "Are you Muslim " ? I think those kind of question should not be there. People stay those kind of hotel are kind people and businessman.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel , warm , friendly service, clean , comfy rooms, but they shut down some lobby services , coffee bar etc. at the weekend.

Weekend Getwaway

Took the kids and wife to get away for the weekend and do some shopping and kid friendly activities in the area. Place is huge and impressive. Rooms are big and clean. Could not get kids out of the pool. Pool area was big and inviting. It was our 2nd visit and we plan to go again soon.

They had some construction in hotel. I couldn't get hot water until 7:00PM. If I knew no hot water in this hotel once I had booking, I didn't stay this hotel.

Fabulous!

We changed our trip and booked a room at the Westin last minute. This turned out to be a great turn of events. We felt very spoiled. The staff was great and the room was fantastic!

Ok when they are done with remodel

The whole time there our toilet was broken and there were 4 time the staff tried to fix and it still was not fixed by the time we left The room would not be cleaned sometimes until 3 in the afternoon

IT IS WORTH THE STAY!

Clean white sheets and towels a must and the front desk was very professional with all smiles when we arrived at 3 a.m. She even informed me of them upgrading next year and even asked what floor and were I wanted my room. Me and my husband was very satisfied. I'm looking forward for another great stay.

Great hotel, great value

Pros: Very clean, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms
Cons: Nothing. Great deal.
Location: Woodfield mall has everything - huge place, activities, all levels and types of eating places. Downtown Chicago and airports are 30-45 minutes drive
This is a 4.5 star hotel minutes from Woodfield Mall, 20 minutes from ORD and less than an hour from downtown Chicago. Great rooms, great bedding, spacious and spotless. The bathroom and shower have beed renovated but I don't like pretend plastic bath tubs and shower curtains. The other disappointment was the hotel doesn't have an HAC system and the in-room heater was noisy. The in-room free coffee is Starbucks and was surprisingly very acceptable for a table top single serving drip brew. This was the best $66 hotel deal I ever experienced and worth a short drive from more well known hotels in the area.

Great

Pros: I really liked how clean the overall hotel was.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: The location is an hour from the city and its only about 10 minutes from a really nice mall. I think the location is really great.
This is a great place, the entire staff is nice and friendly and the room is really nice.
