It wasn't a big property and I liked that. We went during the holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas. Both visits were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again in the future.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Acted like we were in their way or an inconvenience any time we had an interaction with them. Room was not swept. My son almost choked on jelly beans he found on the floor from the previous person. We had to call and ask for the elevator to be cleaned because there was food left all over it.

Not enough hot water for more than one shower. Upon check-in asked if we would like housekeeping since we were there for 2 days and we said yes. Never came! Breakfast was extremely limited choices and other patrons were literally touching all the muffins with their hands.... Would not stay here again.

The room was excellent; however the hotel was extremely packed the night we were there and extemely noisy. There was a group of partiers, partying in the hallway until 1:15 in the morning. We woke up to the hallway covered with confetti. The breakfast was very good, better than most hotels we've stayed.

The “Remodel ” was done hastily. You can see the patches in the walls and paint all over the floor. Spills all the way up the wall. Just average, Not What I usually get from a Wyndham establishment .

Check in staff was so nice and efficient. Strange creaking in our ceiling everytime the people above us walked around. Very loud and woke us up during the night. Other than that we had a nice stay.

We had to relocate to another facility because it was not dog friendly. Which I had seen on Orbitz that it was. It was brought to our attention, kind of rudely, that "we are NOT a pet friendly hotel, unless they were Service animals". We moved to a facility that felt cleaner, better maintained and overall more welcoming. Under the valance in the room was old wall paper that hadn't been taken down, the a/c-heat unit was noisy and smelled. Overall, not a Great stay for the amount I was paying. However, Orbitz did refund me so I was pleased about that.
