Pros: It had a pool, hot tub, fitness center, staff was very friendly, location was great, all good stuff :)
Cons: Cannot think of anything
Location: There were many places to eat, could get amazing pizza delivered to the hotel, within five minutes from the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, perfect!!
Friendly staff, very helpful, our room was very nice, clean and the breakfast was perfect for a family with 3 hungry boys!! The location was wonderful for a concert we attended and there were many places to eat dinner close by. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cons: Disclosure of incidental charges on the expedia site would have made an impact as to how I paid for the hotel.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was very nice. Quiet stay with good air conditioning. Close to many locations.

Great location to Route 80 and local highways

Let us check in early , we had no problems with any amenities. First time staying at a Wyndham hotel will definitely stay at another one.

Noisy, Rude guests!

Pros: The manager when we got there, was wonderful!! She was very apologetic and accomidating.
Cons: Police, on staff. Guests need to know they can get a nights sleep without children running all over knocking on doors and playing in the hallways!
Location: We went to both restaurants in the parking lot, and were very satisfied with both.
The hotel was itself was great, but from the minute we walked in the door their were continuous problems with other guests. The police were at the hotel when we got there, one family booked a room and believed they could fit 20+ in the room and use all the facilities. Later on after dinner we noticed another family doing the same thing, then all night long the kids were running around the hotel and knocking on doors, we went down to complain and even confronted the kids. Something needs to be done about situations like that! No one could get any sleep!!

Hello! My family and I was at the Wingate in Tinley park this past weekend . Firstly, my sister and I reserved 2 rooms togeathet8 on the phone with a third part Expedia. We didn't know that we were calling Expedia as to so many numbers are on your site. We thought we were calling the front desk of the Wingate. That was a over 35 minute experience. Then, upon our arrival date we found after Canceling one of the nights for myself it was a disaster and down hill for a hour after that. Expedia manager had given me a $150 coupon for a error of there own The Expedia manger said I could use that coupon upon my arrival date that weekend. Of course after about forty five minutes on the phone with them yet again, I couldn't use it. It was the wrong information the manager had given to me. That prompt another coupon given. The hotel staff was completely oblivious to anything but they were nice to allow me to use the computer to contact expedia, they were unfamiliar with Expedia coupons. Then, after finally checking in we already had asked one staff member for a late checkout, it was already in our notes upon reservation too. The staff member granted our 1:30 late check out, However, the next day the next staff member called to ask who gave us the late check out we told them who and then they gave us a hard time even threating to charge me $50 . I was not happy with that at all. We were there for a wedding reception.We were tired due to that long check in experience.

Pros: The place smelled great!
Cons: --
Location: We didn't spend much time in immediate area. Downtown Chicago was 25 min. away, so there's that.
Clean rooms, free breakfast. Room TV was having issues and night manager came up and offered us free movies once she got it straightened out. Breakfast was a nice variety and staff was friendly.

non darkening room drapes; constant noise from bathroom exhaust system; breakfast of 4 sugar coated cereals and day old lukewarm decaf coffee; so so bed and linens; unfinished tile in bathroom

Uncomfortable bed, extra charges not shown on bill

Pros: Friendliness of the staff
Cons: New mattresses on King beds and sofa beds.
Location: Traffic was horendous!!!! You can go to gas station next door but to get back, you have to drive a half mile out of way to return....ridiculous.
Room was nice, stayed here specifically so my kids could swim in the indoor pool (which was very small). I like that the pool area stayed open until 11pm. Our king bed was not at all comfortable, mattress was in need of replacing and of course as all, the sofa bed was terrible for sleeping. The staff was very nice and I doubt I will stay again for the mattress problem and the biggest reason...I was quoted a charge through expedia, I paid that amount and then extra charges were added and taken from my bank account without one word or notification from this hotel. They slid my final bill under my door the morning of my checkout and nowhere did the extra charges show, nor did any employee state there would be extra charges when checking in. I looked on the itinerary and did see that there "may" be additional hotel charges not listed with Expedia, and that would have been fine, IF ONLY THEY WOULD HAVE NOTED SO ON MY BILL OR EVEN SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THIS. So for that reason, I would not return.

front desk staff not very helping at all checking in, explaining where things were, not very good people skills. never stay there again
