will not stay there again

The Wyndam was under construction and changing to a Marriott. The was no TV Guide, or brochures of local pizza delivery, etc... The staff didn't know what channel the Cubs game was on, or which channel was NBC. The Shuttle Van was not available for a ride to the train station or the airport. The Front Desk was always busy with only two clerks on staff. The maintenance staff was always speaking loud Spanish throughout the Hotel. The TV;s in the room were old and had poor reception. Maybe it will improve when it becomes a Marriott, but I will no longer stay there.

Jeff, thank you for staying with us at the Wyndham Glenview Suites. We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback about your stay as we are obviously going through many changes at the property. We are in the process of changing over to a more effective cable network as our current some is unreliable. We take full responsibilty for our current system and apologize. Our shuttle service is based on availability and we apologize if it was preoccupied with other runs when you needed it.
