Decent hotel with minimal amenities

I felt very comfortable and safe. However, there were several inconveniences such as low towels, no swimming pool, and miscommunication.

Convenient to many Chicago highways and Midway.

Cons: The TV digital signal seems to break up frequently on several channels. This made those channels unwatchable.
Location: The hotel has a huge parking lot which is helpful if you are towing anything. It sits out with car dealers so entertainment will be a drive.
The room exceeded my expectations newness, cleanliness and amenities except for a difficult tub/shower faucet. The staff recommended a short trip up to LaGrange for dinner. It has a very cute downtown with a diverse and extensive restaurant scene. It's a wonderful alternative to a trek into Chicago. That was the theme for our trip - be in range of all of Chicago, but not be in Chicago. This hotel worked for us.

Best Western Regular

Arrived shortly after 3:00 on Sunday and our room was ready - King size bed, fridge and microwave with in room coffee all available. No restaurant on site for dinner but we were able to find restaurant nearby Breakfast both mornings was satisfactory- nothing to write home about but I appreciated the cut fruit option Room was a little stuffy but overall very comfortable

Nice hotel. Close to Concordia University.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Pleasant staff. Was central location to all the sights we wanted to see.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. Neither my wife or myself were able to take a decent shower even after letting the water run for 10 minutes. First time ever I have run into this problem even when staying at small motels. I mentioned the problem to the assistant manager at check out but only received a sorry and will have to check that out. I'm not a complainer but am not satisfied. I question your rating system.

Family Gathering

Great friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. Always had luggage carts available. However, we could hear all the doors slamming from the neighbors. This was very annoying.

Very Clean, friendly clerks, close enough to Chicago, but far enough for free parking, easy access, we will stay there again.
