Luke Bryan Concert and Birthday(s) Celebration

Pros: Convenience to concert and Chicago
Cons: Nothing at this point
Location: La Grange was a short trip from Hotel- well worth the venture. Close proximity into Chicago and Tinley Park Amphitheater.
Nice, clean environment. Staff was very helpful on all levels when asking for recommendations on eating establishments. Accommodated and made moves so that both rooms we booked were on same floor. Breakfast was hot and plenty to choose from.

Pros: Location and cost
The hotel was in a good location with easy access of I-294. The room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was also very good.

It is a nice location with plenty of parking place. Nice people at reception and clean and comfortable rooms. Good stay, especially if you would rather stay away from Chicago downtown, but still be able to go there without much trouble,

Overpriced and Underwhelming

Stayed here because it's close to family....but Dark rooms, musty a/c smell Weary of all styrofoam and plastic at breakfast Front desk personnel very pleasant, but I'll go elsewhere next time

Bed Bugs and Cockroaches!!!!!

Do not stay here! My friend and I paid around $145 (after tax) a night. We were only in the room for an hour, when we found a bed bug by the headboard of one of the beds. We caught it to take to the front desk downstairs for proof. While we were catching the bed bug a COCKROACH ran across the nightstand. We tried to catch that as well but it moved too fast. We called the front desk and told them we were leaving. They had the nerve to ask if we wanted another room! HELL NO. We had to pack up everything and look for a new hotel at midnight. I had to fight to get a refund. We gave the bedbug to the front desk person. He didn't even say sorry or anything. I'm not sure how this place got such a good rating. That is why I picked this placed. The hotel is very grungy and run down. I ended up finding a beautiful hotel for cheaper. Le Meridien. I will NEVER stay at another Best Western again.

Slow internet, bad sound insulation

Slow wifi and bad sound insulation since we can hear the ring bell from the elevators and other visitors drag the luggages.

Decent hotel with minimal amenities

I felt very comfortable and safe. However, there were several inconveniences such as low towels, no swimming pool, and miscommunication.

Convenient to many Chicago highways and Midway.

Cons: The TV digital signal seems to break up frequently on several channels. This made those channels unwatchable.
Location: The hotel has a huge parking lot which is helpful if you are towing anything. It sits out with car dealers so entertainment will be a drive.
The room exceeded my expectations newness, cleanliness and amenities except for a difficult tub/shower faucet. The staff recommended a short trip up to LaGrange for dinner. It has a very cute downtown with a diverse and extensive restaurant scene. It's a wonderful alternative to a trek into Chicago. That was the theme for our trip - be in range of all of Chicago, but not be in Chicago. This hotel worked for us.

Stayed four nights for a weekend with my family. Booked in a hurry with a reasonable price. Room was very clean, breakfast was simple but decent. The only issue was that the Wi-fi was not stable and we had hard time to watch some on-line videos constantly.
