Very disapponted.

The breakfast was much to be desired! No normal coffee!! The machine coffee was like thick syrup. No ice water and the table area is so crammed. The food that was there was cold as could be. Hall lights were very dim and gave no sense of security arriving late at night.

Be careful

Upon arrival it was very difficult to check in partly my fault coupled with terrible instructions from front desk lady lastly and most important she didn't explain clearly enough what so ever that guests have very limited parking ( 17$ charge for parking per vehicle that she did waive because we were so frustrated) and if you do park in the rear of the building do not park in the nice spacious parking lot with yellow stripes because you will be towed

Staff is amazing. I stay here frequently and am always impressed with how hard they work to make guests comfortable.

The review's of this hotel are surprisingly not the most favorable, when I had such a comfortable, clean, quiet and accessible stay. I forgot my toothbrush and while I was provided with the upmost customer service, they gave me a complimentary replacement. Overall, I was VERY satisfied with my stay and will definitely stay here again.

Air travellers choice...

Let's face it, the only reason people stay here is to be close to airport. Shuttle service is great. The room is nice but I stayed here twice in the same week and had small bugs in one of the rooms. They didn't concern me enough to change rooms but it was very noticeable...

A good place to stay

Pros: I enjoyed the ease of highway access. I really liked the shower
Cons: More sound proofing to the rooms
Location: Restaurants within walking distance
From check in to check out I enjoyed this hotel. The receptionist was kind and friendly and the room was well suited for my needs. The breakfast was good and fresh.

Good safe location and very clean can walk to Fridays on same property as 6 other motels
