Close to airport and convention center

Pros: Location, clean, good condition, pleasant staff, large rooms, good deal with breakfast included
Cons: Breakfast food could be stepped up
Location: Very convenient to airport, walkable streets to restaurants
Ours was a simple one night stay for family of 5. We use Embassy Suites frequently because we can get 5 people in one room comfortably. We needed to be close to O'Hare, and this is as close as you can get without being there. The rooms were clean and up-to-date in good condition. We couldn't hear the planes inside our room. Free breakfast for 5 always makes it worthwhile, and the food was good. Not great but good. Parking is not free, typical for Chicago, but very easy in & out. You can walk across the street to the Rosemont convention center or to 3-4 grill restaurants within a couple blocks. We ate at Chicago Fire Oven, a pizza place nearby, that was good. Not great but good and less expensive than the steakhouses nearby. All the people were very friendly & helpful, from check-in to housekeeping to waitstaff.

Cons: Elevator working faster
Great location to catch Blue line! Close to outlet shopping, and Rosemont theater.

Nice but construction

Its a good hotel but construction so rating reflects it. I would not stay again until construction is completed. I feel like cheap tickets should have notified us of constructions so that we could have made a more informed choice of hotel.

The elevators were very slow, but there was someone working on them over the weekend.

The valet was really rude when we first pulled up. Everyone else was great. Abi at front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and rooms were very good and clean. Great for convention and short walk to metra. Wi fi not good in room.

very nice - walk to rosemont theater

we had issues with the sofa bed but the mgr. sent housekeeping to assist. the neighbors kept slamming their door for hours- once the giggling turned to an argument we had to call th2 front desk again. they immediately sent someone and all the noise stopped. they also.had issues where 2 of their 3 elevators went down. again mgr was on it and did credit our bill. i had to wait 20 minutes to get onto the one elevator. mgt very friendly and helpful and they seemed very apologetic and went to efforts to make it right. The room itself was very nice.
