Adequate for our needs

Pros: The van driver was nice and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport.
Cons: I have stayed at this brand recently and they offered us a list of amenities we could request and they brought everything to the room for us-not here.
Location: Convenient to airport
I dont like having to request a coffee pot and the desk clerk was a little abrupt when getting the pot for me as" they provide coffee in the morning at breakfast". i prefer to have my first morning cup in my night clothes in my room. She did not provide cream and sugar only coffee, cups and the pot. We had to go back down to request the creamer. The van driver was nice and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

Fine hotel

Hotel and the price is good. Room was clean and spacious. Staff is rude and non helping. Breakfast is terrible and options are almost nothing.

Chuck was a great help to us . Our reservations somehow didn't show up when we arrived at our hotel. Chuck was happy to assist us and reserved a room . Without his help we would have waited 2 hrs more.

Walking distance from the Allstate Arena wonderful

Stay the night after A concert. very comfortable. staff was great loved it. Was able to walk to and from the Allstate Arena

Overall our stay was great until we tried getting into the hotel late one night and our key cards were not working. I used the phone to call the operator to get help but it just kept ringing busy. I ended up calling the extended stay right next door and got a hold of someone and she was able to reach someone to open the doors for us. Long story short someone dated our key cards wrong. Although this was a inconvience I understand mistakes happen. I was still pleased with the rest of my stay.

Good Hotel

Hotel was clean and provided excellent service. Staff personal were outstanding. Polite and helpful. Customer service was considerate.

Cheap close to airport

Stayed in this hote cause it was cheap. It's like apartment building that's been renovated. The room was a little dirty some hair in the bathroom. But overall satisfactory. When I take in the price and the fact that the shuttle was on time and easy to access this makes it average. The shuttle runs every hour from stand 3 at the shuttle pickup place. The first drop off was 5 am which was great. Overall a good solid place to stay for the price.
