Convenient to O'Hara

Got in at 12:30 am and left at 7 am. Stay was brief but comfortable.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: When I arrive this hotel in the morning, but I could check in soon.
Cons: Chairs and kitchen table need to clean up, coffee more dence (rich roast), I saw no ot 1 kind of muffins, so more muffins
Location: The lake park, very close to this hotel, is very beautiful to walk around. We go to the shopping center by hotel suttle.
This hotel is close to the airport it takes 15 minutes by hotel shuttle. The shuttle serviece is every 1 hour not onle to the airport but the supermarket, so it's convenient. There is big sides of bed, large fridge, and microwave, so I stay confortably.Allmost all stuff is kind.

Disappointing

Stayed here for a quick day trip back and forth. Said it had been renovated. First building I was I. Terrible. Asked to be moved and got renovated building. When I got back from trip waited for shuttle and never saw it. I called several times to see if they would pick me up and. I ended up having to take a cap which they did pay for. s said the shuttle had been there and inmisses it. Only a 10-15 min drive but he would. It come Back. Will not return there

Nice hotel close to airport and eating places

Location: Airport, fast food, restaurants, Target store
Their shuttle bus pick us up from the airport and we had a comfortable stay.

Good Airport shuttle, normal breakfast from 4.30AM

Cons: The house keeping needs to be daily or atleast every other day
The hotel is 3 miles from Airport with good airport shuttle every hour. The breakfast is not great with only muffins, bars and coffee but is open from 4.30 to 9.30 AM. There is no daily housekeeping, etc but OK for the price range.

Called in to accomadate my check-in and Customer service was excellent let me check in pretty late.

Smelled like a boys locker room

Would NOT have an Extended Stay...

When we got into the room we noticed a smell as if it would have been a smoking room. Soon after we realized the garbage had now been emptied, the shelves in the room were sticky, and the fan was full of dust. The windows didn't lock and the side door was propped open.

Please accept my apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor.
