average hotel for the price range, great staff. would stay here again if convenient. quite far from O Hare Airport, cab was nearly $50 at midnight during the week.

Convenient location close to Woodfield.

Pros: Large rooms and very clean.
Room was very spacious for a king room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. They have a shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel. Took us to a wedding reception and back again. If we had more time, we could have gotten a ride to Woodfield Mall. Great location.

Nice hotel with convenient shuttle to the airport

Very comfortable beds and very clean. We took the shuttle to and from the airport- very easy.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Beds, Breakfast. Clean
Location: The location was great to catch The Pace bus to Wrigley Field.
Hotel was clean. I always enjoy Holiday Inn Express' bed for sleeping. .Breakfast is always good.

Great except for no water pressure

I've stayed at this location at least 4 times in the past year. I like the location, but I think I'll look for a new place to stay because it's annoying to take a shower in a weak trickle.

No hot water could not take a shower

They did not have hot water at all. People could not take a shower in the morning. Also, Rice was gone at 9am. no refill. Room was close to the busy street and loud overnight.

Good Value, Good Service

Pros: Clean, quiet, easy checking.
Cons: The driver dropped me at the wrong terminal in spite of my instructions. He said there was a mistake on the Internet and my information was wrong.
Location: Nice BBQ restaurant within walking distance
The staff at the hotel just could not have been better. A much better experience than I had at the Crowne Plaza O'Hare two weeks ago.
