The water pressure was turned in the unit where it made it a problem to get hot in the sink and the rrom didn't hv a remote for the tv and tje room door was not secure as it should be needed maintenance to it

The building is dated, and there are a few things that need repairs. The main issue was other guests being loud. But the staff was amazing and helpful! We gotnin a bit too early for check-in, but they still let my family and I check-in. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk guy was acting weird and he even locked my card for no reason but les say it was an accident, the morning girl was nice,they said the offer breaksfast but they only had coffee and last day they didn't had coffee.

Horrible HORRIBLE stay last night. (I have pictures of everything as well if needed) The first room I had was being worked on with paint everywhere. 2nd room had Roaches, stains in bed sheets/showers. A/c leaking a lot of water upon entry. No T.v. When asked to switch again the agent said no he can’t. (Rooms was available, then told me to wait for maintenance (never came) by far the worst and experience and customer service. All Rooms had one towel. Absolutely horrible experience.

The hotel was not clean. There was no heat in my room. There were dead bugs in the shower and on the floor. They also had heavy traffic in the hallway all night.

The heat didn’t work my room was freezing cold when I told front desk he told me I had to wait till 12 at 12 it was a different front desk and he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. At first I thought it was people having a party in the hallway at 4 am but no it was the room next door you’d swear they right outside my door. The mattress was so nasty I brought my own sheets though and the phone was connected to nothing with no fire alarms I just couldn’t bear how unsafe.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed it wasn't that bad. This time it was worse. The room wasn't that clean the bathroom smell of moles. When you turn the heater on it smell like smoke. There was no microwave in the room. It was only one in the lobby and it did not work very well. The mini fridge in my room was half clean.
