Disappointed about the parking and village fee. The hotel cost enough to absorb those two fees into cost.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize you were disappointed with our parking fees. Unfortunately all hotels in this area have parking fees due to our proximity to the airport. The Residence Inn has the cheapest parking fee overall. I hope this inconvenience doesn't deter you from visiting us again. Best Regards

Nice Hotel

My husband and I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptional. The hotel was in excellent condition and very well maintained. We liked the restaurants in the area too. The only thing to improve is the comfort of the mattress. The beds were very firm and not comfortable. I have stayed in lots of hotels but, this one needs some softer mattresses.

Great Hotel Staff but Uncomfortable Beds.

My husband and I really loved this hotel. The location was terrific for us. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. They were very impressive. The room was great and in excellent condition. The surrounding area had good amenities. The only thing that really needs improving are the beds. They were hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the couch 2 out of 6 nights. Improve your mattresses and you will get 5 stars!

Parking

Pros: The location and the cleanliness.
Location: Like the distance to the arena.
The parking should be free but considering the closeness to the arena, I can sort of see the reason.

Loved this room! Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing. Plenty of places to eat right next door and the allstate arena in right across the street. I will definitely be staying here everytime I come to Chicago.

Easy access to Allstate

This is a non smoking hotel. While in our room we noticed a strong smell of smoke. It seemed to be coming from the bathroom vent. The front desk told us it could be from someone smoking in another room's bathroom. We kept the bathroom door shut but it still stunk really bad. This hotel is convenient to Allstate Arena. Very short walk across a parking lot. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath room was clean. The ceiling in the kitchen area had major water damage. I would stay again if attending an event at Allstate.

My bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been for a hotel of this caliber.
