Great spot to stay in Chicago, handy and clean

Cons: One night a bunch of Jr. High kids stayed on my floor, and were literally yelling. Staff could have monitored this better.

I spent three nights at this hotel, having business and pleasure in Chicago. It is about 5 minutes drive from an El stop, with shuttle service provided from the hotel 24-hours. I never waited more than five minutes to be picked up. The hotel was updated with all extras for us computer, phone wizards, and had plenty of handy plugs for phones, etc. Big hotel, with 3 fast elevators. Never had to wait for anything. I would easily recommend this spot to stay in, for value, convenience and staff, if you are heading to Chicago. Staying downtown is prohibitively expensive!

Close to everywhere

Nice location. However, we wish the bathtub was cleaned. (It had few mulch) There were only 4 towels for five people... And the digital tv had issues. We were told a technician would come, and no one snowed up. Spring hills is usually awesome, so I guess it was outbid unlucky day for us....

Great hitel

Very fast check in by very friendly staff. Room nice and spacious and comfy bed. Parking and location was easy. Good breakfast.

Great hotel visit

Cons: All good
Location: Located just off the Kennedy with easy access to all of Chicago sites and events. Rosemont five minutes away with great stores, shopping and food.
This is our third visit to this hotel. It is central to all activities in the Chicago/Rosemont area. Service is excellent. Very clean. Breakfast great. Pool and gym super. Will come again

Check-in was a breeze

Alina at the front desk is a real spark. The airport pick-up and drop was timely and wonderful, despite the pick-up being in peak rush hour. The Room was comfy, the breakfast great and having an onsite Outback just made sure that I never really left the hotel sanctum.

Close to airport and Blueline subway

The suite had only paper plates. A few wine glasses + micro wave popcorn in the empty cabinet would have been nice. Left several nice tips in room. No thank you note or extra things. Hmmm Mini coffee pot. Leaks like most of them. 😫 Free breakfast is busy and well stocked. The free shuttle is convenient. 264 miles on shuttle OD. Makes the Chicago roads feel like a drive through Winnipeg. Hotel is OK. Not a 5 star. 3 solid stars. Oh and the pool water was cloudy. Disappointed since we decided on hotel based on nice pool photo.

good hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We had to call the front desk multiple times to ask for an extra blanket and ended up just going downstairs to get one ourselves, because housekeeping never brought one up to us. Continental breakfast was excellent on the weekend days; not great for kids on weekdays. Pool was small and no hot tub. Overall, though, satisfied with my stay!
