Initially was a bit difficult to find it as we did a few lapses on a one way roads, but if pay attention and set the GPS right is easy to find right at intersection called 42 and 23. Hotel is 3 min walk to a Plaza you could buy grocery and others. The room has a kitchenette with all necessary to make your breakfast or even a dinner. You could go by car downtown, 5 min by car, or walk 30 min, where is a nice church and many restaurants or shops. Really nice there. Room is spacious and clean. Area is safe and quiet, except the roosters which don't understand people would like to sleep more than 5 AM, but they insist is wake up time. Also, as it was a heavy rain in the night, water drain from roof falling from a pipe at second floor on the ground, was extremely noisy. People are friendly, but not all of them speak English, and if you don't speak Spanish, you are out of luck for communication. Overall was a nice stay and is good place if you want to be closer to Chicken Itza, want to see different places than Tourisic Cancun, and get a decent price.
