Situated at the private ending of an old logging road this property abuts to 100's of acres of State and undeveloped private land.The mountain starts at the rear of the property with hiking trails starting there reach.Originally a furniture craftsman's abode it has tons of the old world charm.Outdoor fire pit,beautiful landscaping,the best swimming hole within walking distance and Spring wild leeks uniquely growing right on the property.This part of the Catskills has no cell service but we provide a landline and the WIFI is the area's best.
