I will not recommend this property! The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the smell was horrendous. I don’t know what was worse the smell or the roaches… Stay away from this place!!

The floor had not been swept, the bathroom sink was dirty, THEY TURNED THE HOT WATER OFF THROUGH THE NIGHT, bring your own soap because what is supplied with the room is not enough to wash your hands with, the room photos did not match what they show online. On top of all that the area is over run with homeless people.

The fire alarm detector keep beeping it was low on batteries. I woke up. Can’t go back to sleep. We left 4:00 in the morning.

Bathroom was terrible! Barely enough room to sit on the toilet, extremely cramped. Shower was horrible also. Water low pressure and was fluctuating burning hot to ice cold. No middle temperature was possible. Bathroom door paint was grimey. Noisy neighbors in next unit until 2am. No receipt wth amount when checking out.

We checked in and the room had lots of flies my girlfriend stepped on a piece of glass the front desk clerk gave us a different room that had a loose toilet that leaked water and the tile floors were very dirty

Room was not clean, and not in great shape. There were bugs in the shower, which alternated between scalding and freezing with little warning. Th tv had one channel that constantly locked up and froze. Barely got any sleep in the not very comfortable bed due to my neighbors yelling and slamming doors at 3-4 am. Very bad experience overall.

The bed was a little hard, and need one more blanket on the bed. No breakfast at all, that was disappointing. The website said they had breakfast. Pet friendly which is a big plus. Huge room.

We did not like anything about this property. It was nasty, noisy, dirty, had much to be desired. Very disappointed and would like our money back. The first time I used expedia and was very dissatisfied

The front desk staff were nice but the neighborhood was not safe and it didn't feel safe to stay there. We left as soon as we woke up. The room smelled of mildew, there was water damage and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. It was very disappointing, used to stay here every year and it was not like this.

Our only available option with dogs
The first room we got smelled, had a broken lock, and people screaming at each other about killing each other and calling the police. So we moved to the other side of the complex. This room smelled much better and felt cleaner. But these rooms have 3 neighbors, one on each side and one at the back. About 7/8pm the room next to us and the room that shared the back wall and adjoining wall got tenants that we really loud and yelling profanities at each other. The room behind us was up until 4:15am. But besides being a little rough, the hotel allows dogs for free and has a grass patch outside the rooms designated to dogs. The hotel is in a good central location. I would only recommend staying here if you want a cheap room, have pets, and no other options.

The first room I was given (smoking) had no ashtray. Then I called the desk asking how to use the remote as it was not working and was told "it's self explainable" which I felt she was speaking to me as an idiot. Then when the tv was actually not working I asked for a different room which I got. Not pleased with my stay!

My husband and I checked into our room that had just been cleaned to find a drug Needle and syringe with stuff still inside and a cockroach on the wall. We took video and photos of the issue and let the front desk know we had evidence and proof of this.
