I liked the area, good access. Parking was better than downtown hotels with a truck. The door lock system was needing work. I almost had to walk all the way around to the front in my pjs because the key card wouldn’t work. Finally after 10 minutes of trying it unlocked.

The welcoming staff took great care of our granddaughter, and her 2 friends, who stayed in the hotel in order to attend a concert nearby. They were respectful and cordial and helpful.

Comfortable Stay
This hotel was perfect for a day after driving. The rooms were clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We swam in the indoor pool and grabbed a drink from the bar. Would 100% recombed this hotel.

Very odd, for a nicer property. Did not get any room cleaning service during our stay. Was told you have to stay at least (3) nights to get service etc. Front desk, when asked, said I should have been told upon checkin. Hmmm, was not. Was told when asked. Why is this not listed on the booking...it's helpful information if your planning a trip with lots of hiking etc. that may require more than one shower a day.

Nice place to stay in Chico
People were lovely, room was nice, bathroom was super clean, gym was clean and everything was in good condition, and there was Starbucks in the lobby so we did not have to depend on in room hotel coffee which is never as good as fresh made.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and both times the staff was very friendly and prompt. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable.
