Great Home For Familes

Cute 3 bedroom house with 1 bedroom guest house with kitchen. A very large backyard in the Chico Avenues which is a nice quite neighborhood walking distance to downtown and Chico State.

Chico charmer built in 1955. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached to it. Large living space in the main house. Large guest house with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Beautiful backyard.

When staying here you will have access to the entire house which include the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms and laundry room with washer and dryer; you will also have access to the guest house which has a kitchen / living space, bedroom, and bathroom.

I am a former computer science student at Chico State and am now a software engineer at a local firm. I am happy to socialize when I am around and answer any questions about the area you have.

Quite area located in the avenues of chico

Walking is the easiest way to get to downtown but if you decide to drive it is only a few minutes away.

Super comfortable and welcoming!
Quiet neighborhood location, spacious home, and guest house was wonderful for the amount of people we needed to accommodate. Gave the teens a place to escape to while the adults had conversations. Made the weekend of dad‘s funeral services so much more comfortable and provided so much visiting time. Adam is a wonderful host we would definitely recommend staying here and if needed we will stay here again.
