The room wasn’t made up while we were gone for the day.. had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.. we should have been told there is no maid service if you stay 2 nights

The staff was friendly, the check in process was really smooth. The breakfast was pretty decent, we went to Oroville for our daughters gymnastics meet, so we didn't have to run looking for a place to eat. We all had breakfast right there which was very convenient. The hotel had an indoor heated pool (kind of small) but great for to the kids and a hot tub too, they closed at 10p.m. so our girls enjoyed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we have to come back to the area.

Clean and cared for. Breakfast bar better than most. Only complaint is the automatic door closers for the bathroom doors. Heard doors closing all night long!!!! Unnecessary!

Staff was ver friendly/helpful. Other guests were VERY noisy — I suggest that you don’t put couples near high school or college kids!!! Had trouble sleeping (which was the point of getting a room!)

The stay was reasonably good, right up until the end. At the end, I wanted a printed receipt. The young lady at the checkout desk refused. She said that I would get the receipt emailed to me. This has not happened.
