Staff were super helpful and a decent free breakfest. Really nice motel/drive up style hotel. Always had a clean bed pretty good location especially for what you pay. Overall very happy with it!

The bed was super comfy. Soft. The room had a nice chair in it, a padded chair with a tiny table in front. The TV was big with DirectTV. Had a microwave inside which was nice. They had free breakfast, but the breakfast didn't have any eggs or sausage so not many options in terms of protein, although they did have yogurts in the refrigerator. Fresh made waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal main choices. This is one of the cheaper motels but it stands out for value, because the room was really nice and free breakfast is better than no breakfast. Haha

The staff were great. The room was nice. My only complaint would be the tight parking and the toaster didn’t work 😂 I will stay there next time I have a rc race in town though for sure.

Check-in was wonderful and easy. Staff made me feel great. The room is clean and comfortable and up to date. The location is in downtown with easy walking access to restaurants and the university.

Wi-Fi not working so I went to call front desk- phone broken. Went to take a shower. Shower head broken. Stains on bedding. And then the power to the entire motel shut off more than once. Will NEVER stay here again

A great property to stay in Chico. It’s not far from the main historical center and close to the university. The breakfast was delicious! You could make your own waffles ! Highly recommend this hotel in Chico!

Staff friendly . Bed comfortable. Shower adequate. But coffee maker in room didn’t work. Cockroach in room. Came back to room to find do not disturb sign on my door and room not cleaned and bed not made. Toilet very short. Last day coffee maker in breakfast area out of order, so no morning coffee.
