Disappointing- didn't realize it was a Holiday Inn

Pros: The pool cooled you off but the water was REALLY cloudy???
The front desk clerk was great and that was the best part- he was nice and helpful. The grounds were dirty, beer bottles, cigarette buds and very run down. It had big banners over the Holiday Inn logos- so recently transferred title but needs to be cleaned up quite a bit. Wouldn't stay again....

Ian at the front desk was awesome. Super friendly, welcoming and inviting. Clean, well decorated and comfy place to stay. Thanks Ramada Inn. We'll be back.

A disappointing experience.

Pros: Location.
We were booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when arriving at 1pm were told that none were available; it took an hour to finally get a room. The hotel just change brands and is probably still under renovations.

Noisy.....

When I checked in at 11:00 pm I noticed the bar had karaoke going and it was quite loud but thought nothing of it because I was going to my room for the night so it wouldn't bother me anyway. WRONG!! The room that was given to me (room 202 by the way) was right over the bar it seemed! I could the music and terrible karaoke singers clearly. When I called down to see how late the bar stayed open so I could get an idea of how long it would take me to get some sleep the front desk said "12:30". At 12:45 am the music is still going, when I went down to complain the guy at the front desk said he was sorry but couldn't do anything about and he did not make an attempt to do anything, and he couldn't figure out why I was so upset?? Eventually at 1:00 am I had him move me to another room...it seems the Ramada care more about the bar and music blaring than the comfort of their guests and clearly Jordan at the front desk is just a warm body because he seemed to offer no solutions.....I will NEVER stay at another Ramada and I'm even questioning as to weather or not to book through Expedia anymore!

Clean hotel, and pool.

The room was a good size, clean, and beds very comfortable. The pool was clean, but bland. They were out of fresh towels so I had to get some from front desk. More premium tv channels would have been nice.

Great friendly staff from front desk to restaurant hosts & servers. Clean, spacious rooms. 5 min drive to downtown & college.

Effortless accommodations

Friendly staff and quiet room. Very clean. Decor is boring and lacked style. Karaoke night in bar was loud but turned out to be fun. Neighborhood of hotel is featureless.

No they rooms have a musty smell. The carpets need to be cleaned.
