The room was clean but a bit run-down and the breakfast room small (thus packed with people). The only common area outside the room was the pool area, which forced us to stay in room when we returned for the day.

The check-in clerk was pleasant. That being said, for ~$100 I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the air conditioner to function properly nor the shower head be free of lyme or other build-up (not to mention the pipes literally 'screamed' for the 1st minute or so. The door to the room & the bathroom door were in poor shape, mold or age resulting in the bottom parts to be frayed. Meh. Not horrible, but definitely overpriced for the area.

Until now I have never left a bad hotel review. The place is noise, hear people talking outside, beds were uncomfortable, and the shower took a very long time to heat up. On the upside, the air conditioner worked well and the snack/breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Overall this hotel is very overpriced!

On the plus side, it was quiet. The room had peeling paint and a really mildewed shower curtain, but was clean overall. The real minus was that the website clearly stated check in at 2 pm and we were refused before 3 pm…..and quite rudely!

I dont think I have ever said this...ever. Bravo cleaning staff, this is an older hotel so I'm sure harder to keep up with. It was super super clean. Beds where comfy, would stay again.

So clean!!!!
My sister and I were so pleased with the clean room! It wasn't a room where air fresheners were used to cover up smells. It smelled of nothing but CLEAN. The beds were comfortable, and the waffles at breakfast had TWO options: regular, and apple cinnamon. The breakfast room was spotless, too. The towels were soft and substantial. We will happily stay here again.

Price too high. Hotel very old and outdated. Room clearly needs to be refreshed. Bedding torn. Bathroom door sticks. Room has odd odor. Breakfast awful.

Terrible and disgusting
Did not have a sofa which I asked for. Was filthy and disgusting. Wiped up water on floor and the tissue was black. Only there 10 minutes and asked for a refund which I haven’t received yet. There was a druggie asking us for $. We got out of there.

Room smelled like mold as soon as you open the door. Bath room had mold above the shower, next to the Ac unit and when it was mentioned to the staff she basically ignored the issue. And the sheets looked dingy I had a very uncomfortable stay.

Overall, we had a "okay" stay. The front desk staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. Our room was spacious (multiple bed option- 2 queen & sofa bed). Upon first sight room was clean(ish). The floor was quite dirty, like leave your feet/socks black, but that I could look past. The breaking point was when we pulled the sofa bed out for the evening and it was covered in Skittles and Cheetos. In the cushions, the mattress and under the soda itself. It was clear it had not been cleaned at all. My husband went to the front desk and got cleaner and a broom at 10pm because it was our only option. We made do but opted not to stay our second night. Breakfast was a normal continental style and offered cereals, waffles and yogurt.

Clean, convenient, has all basic amenities for a traveler. Not luxurious but comfortable & feels safe. Good choice for a one or two night stay. Free breakfast was simple but nice, hot choices are limited.
