I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front……

“Highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a stay in St. Pete. This hotel was perfect...the staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was nice (clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy). However, our favorite thing about this hotel was the location. It is right in the heart of St. Pete and we could walk to everything. It was nice because this was a romantic staycation and we were able to go out and have cocktails at night without having to pay for an uber. There was literally……

“The property is excellent. Great location next to Beach Road and great views of the bay from the hotel. One of the restaurants forget the name is Michelin mentioned spectacular setting and great food. Massage service first rate. The concierge very helpful setting up dinner on a holiday weekend.”

“I am not one to write bad reviews but everything about this place was off. When we went to check in I found out that parking is 3 blocks away. 3 blocks when it feels like 105 outside is not fun for anyone. At least offer a valet option. First time I spent $40 to park as well. Next once we arrived to the room the lighting was somewhat dim and we noticed the sink looked dirty and the shower was not cleaned. When we put the water on you could see soap bubbles from the last people’s visit. There……

“The room was extremely nice. This was our second time at this location.We went there on my birthday weekend and the lady at the counter I believe her name was Tara or Kara . I’m not sure. But she was extremely helpful upgraded our room at no cost, would definitely recommend.”
