The bed was hard and noisy and the heater in the room made a loud annoying noise every time it kicked on which woke us up. Had to turn it off to get any sleep.

Booked a reservation and when showed up they couldn’t check me in, said internet was out . Even though already paid. They said couldn’t do anything about it and had to go two towns over to find a hotel even though I had had a reservation for this hotel. Was told they don’t know what will happen and how their manager has been in and out so don’t even know who to call to see how to fix issue . Was just left to leave and hear from them later

The ice and vending machine were both broken. For breakfast, both the juice machine and the waffle machine were broken. I was looking forward to making some tea, but the "hot" water was only luke warm. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but nothing special. We would probably look into other lodging options next time we are driving through from Houston.

Was not the room I booked room stunk so bad hasn’t seen a cleaning rag in a while. Beds weren’t attached to anything rolling all over the place. Bathroom needs a deep bleaching and the carpets need cleaned so bad. For a Hampton Inn and the price paid you expect a certain level of comfort cleanliness and the room you actually selected instead of being thrown into some unclean unsanitized room. It was a handicap room but from the looks of that bathroom I feel sorry for anyone bathing in that

I mistakenly reserved rooms at this hotel thinking it was the one next to it. The property was okay. It was warm, clean and convenient. However, it seemed aged and neglected. We visited twice in a week on a round trip. The freezer was out and the continental breakfast was limited to packaged goods and a microwave. The wifi worked but there was no internet connection. The check-in staff was ok but even absent when we checked out. I regret that I had not gone next door.

Worst experience ever.Stinks. Filthy dirty rooms, hair in bathtubs, everything was out of order, from ice machines, to juice machines, to the food freezers. No breakfast other than toast and fruit.Amenities closed. Horribly run.Brown stains on walls. Owner must be so cheap,he wouldn’t let them even serve coffee after 10 in the lobby. Definitely not worthy of being part of the Hilton properties. I will definitely be reporting them to corporate.

Unfortunately the freezer was broken and they didn’t serve much breakfast. They apologized but they could have offered donuts or muffins instead. Alas disappointing attempt to provide complementary breakfast.

The hotel was I. Horrible shape. No breakfast available because the fridge supposedly broke, no coffee, no juice, ice machines broken, pool and hot tub closed, dirty bathroom and hallways and rude staff who obviously don’t care.

Their computers were down but they were able to roll with it. There was one instance where I would’ve liked the staff to go above and beyond and help me but she just blinked blankly, so I walked away, but this is an easy stop along your way.

Staff seemed very kind, but the property needs room updates & refresh. The shower had mildew, long-term leaks, poor caulking. Carpeting needs replacement and the bed duvet was clearly dirty. (sheets were thankfully clean). Bed is clearly worn and no longer comfortable. Easy access and close to stores and restaurants.

We have stayed at this property multiple times this year; the rooms are very clean but the elevators and the opening to elevator are not clean. The carpets in front of elevator is stained. This was the case with all three stays. The breakfast has many options but not prepared very well. This last stay i got hives from the bedding which I believe to be from chemicals in the detergent or a build up of detergent.

Staff was very rude. Could not seem to get coffee anywhere. There was no tray for a coffee maker in the room. Went down to get coffee in the dining area and it was just brown water. Told staff member a female that it might need to be remade. She said it was fine, and there was nothing wrong with it. very rude. Staff sat outside on the bench while we were leaving in the front just smoking and joking around. Trash was overflowing right next to them.

Room seemed dirty. Bathroom was old and dated. Floor in bathroom wasn’t clean. Toilet paper roll was left empty. The breakfast was a major let down. Food was not good and the selection was minimal. The drink station was out and no cups for coffee. It seemed like the person running the front was also running breakfast. Not worth the money we paid. The only thing that seemed worth it was the hot water and the pressure. That’s it!!

This was my second weekend stay in 3 weeks. The hotel is a convenient place for pro drivers needing an out-of-cab break. The hotel wasn't bad; decent rooms and furnishings. The bed was good, but the linens hadn't been made properly. One or two of the housekeeping staff are men, which I think is the root of the problem. Just like last time, the hallway carpet was filthy. It isn't being vacuumed more than twice a week. Maybe. Spa tub in pool room is okay, but could be hotter. Most places won't provide the ideal 104°, but less than 100° is pointless. The hotel is a bit dated, and could use a facelidt, as well as better housekeeping, but I'll be back, and maybe help them get better with friendly, constructive criticism and compliments.
