Nice hotel with great amenities!

Great staff, very helpful! We missed breakfast, but as we left they were cleaning and it looked like a great variety. Nice pool and hot tub!

Nice hotel, recently renovated

Stayed here due to necessity.

Cons: Better bedding and towels.
Location: Out in the boonies.
Stayed here due to the fact that higher quality hotels in the area were booked. Check in was easy. Old hotel refurbished. Unpleasant smell in lobby..

Our room had a backed up tub. After driving many hours and arriving close to midnight, we looked forward to showers-had to stand in 6 inches of water as drained so slow. All the vreakfast tables were dirty and counters too. We had to wash our table to sit down-couple next to us said they washed theirs too. Check in guy was friendly-checkout didnt seem to care about complaint. Yes price is great and beds were comfortable.

I most certainly hope that you reported the issue with the tub to the front desk and would like to know if you had called the desk clerk when you discovered the issue. It is our goal always to provide excellent service and quality rooms and it is our policy to work with a guest when there is any problem that can't be fixed immediately and often offer to move the guest to a different room if one is available. I would like to know if you were given that opportunity and apologize if you were not. I will address the issues you had with the breakfast room with our attendant. You should never have to wipe down your own table before enjoying your breakfast when you are our guest. Thank you for your business. Friendly staff and good rate. Rooms in general have been updated but carpet was dirty. Bathroom could be cleaned more throughly as well

Clean and welcoming

Easy access, very clean, good bed. Obviously someone is managing this motel in every way.

Noisy crowd outside our room.

After 11 hours on the road all we wanted was a shower and a good night's sleep. A large, VERY noisy group of construction workers was allowed to have a bbq right outside our door. They finally quieted down around midnight. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, but we will not return. We pass through the area four times a year.

We have had a large crew staying with us and have requested that they observe quiet hours so that others may rest while at our property. I believe you did call our clerk and she asked them to quiet down a couple of times before we contacted the supervisor and he was able to get them under control. I would ask that you please take into consideration that we do not always host large crews and our normal clients are usually just like you, tired and weary, just seeking a nice rest.
