They didn't read the notes that I asked for a crib in the room, and since I checked in late, as I said I would, I had to wait for them to find a crib before I could put my baby to bed. Then the next day, the housekeeping apparently left before 10 am on my hall, which is crazy since I'd like my room tidied up in the afternoon when I'm not using the room. Otherwise, everyone was nice and the room was comfy and great.
