Very unhappy business owner

I had two rooms rented out for five nights for work crew and needed to change two nights to a later date due to work schedule and hotel would not budge at all on changing dates cost me 400.00 I will never stay again due to manager not being flexible on changing dates

Unlucky

We did not get the room type we reserved. We reserved a King and ended up with two double beds. The room also smelled horribly of nicotine even though it was a non-smoking room. Lastly the air conditioning was not on in the room when we got there so it was very warm inside (combined with the smell of nicotine). The a/c did not work very well. It took approximately four hours for the room to cool off. We were here for a wedding and had many family members staying in the same hotel. They had no complaints, so I guess we were just unlucky. I was in my daughter's room which was a Jacuzzi room and it was very nice and smelled fine. Also the pool had no water in it and it was 90 degrees that day, so it would have been nice, had there been a usable pool.

We arrived at this hotel around 11 at night and it looked awesome when we walked through the door and very clean, the bed and pillows were soft and without a doubt will stay again.

Good Stay...!

Graduation: Comfortable setting, friendly and accommodating staff. They were completing some work on building and grounds which did not interfere with my stay, but if it were complete overall scenery would be better. Close to all the store one many enjoy for a sense of being in the comfort of one's hometown.

Pros: NOTHING, well maybe tear it down.
1. they had no record of our arrival. thanks expedia 2. the parking area had no signs of work ever being done since its installation 3. Three or four in there when we checked in, maybe five when we left in the morning 4, The young girl at the front desk was very helpful and courteous, our one thing that was positive 5. From the very beginning upon entering the hotel was not the very best to say the least, it felt like a dungeon, we opened the door....my wife said 'oh my' 6. Every thing in the room was scuffed, chipped, worn out. Well at least the sheets appeared to be cleaned 7. we left next morning and went maybe a mile up the road the next evening to the Holiday Inn Express, needless to say the experience was a pleasure

Great stay, except for guest laundry.

Pros: The location and reasonable pricing.
Cons: Perhaps the breakfast. I know it's hard.
Location: There's a lot of restaurants nearby. Also retail.
We tried to use the guest laundry on 2nd floor. We were staying on first floor. We did not know the vending machine for laundry soap was on the first floor; it was not dispensing properly. The washer was not working properly either, as far as water dispensing and agitating. Charlie at the front desk saw our frustration and offered to wash our small load and dry it with the larger hotel facilities. That was very nice of him. He was very accommodating ....great, actually. He stated that he would have maintenance look at it. A lot of construction workers stay there and wash a lot of muddy clothes there, so he figured the washer was clogged with mud.

The room was great. We loved that we had a choice of pillows (soft or firm) and that both were on the bed. The staff was very polite and professional. The breakfast was delicious. Had a great variety to choose from for breakfast.

Happy with our stay

Pros: Location, price, staff
Cons: The rooms had an odor to them. Good thing we brought Febreeze.
Location: Ohio Christian University
Happy with our stay. Breakfast was very good. Other than an odor to the rooms everything else was fine. Very comfortable beds.
