Great stay, except for guest laundry.Posted Nov 28, 2015
Pros: The location and reasonable pricing.
Cons: Perhaps the breakfast. I know it's hard.
Location: There's a lot of restaurants nearby. Also retail.
We tried to use the guest laundry on 2nd floor. We were staying on first floor. We did not know the vending machine for laundry soap was on the first floor; it was not dispensing properly. The washer was not working properly either, as far as water dispensing and agitating. Charlie at the front desk saw our frustration and offered to wash our small load and dry it with the larger hotel facilities. That was very nice of him. He was very accommodating ....great, actually. He stated that he would have maintenance look at it. A lot of construction workers stay there and wash a lot of muddy clothes there, so he figured the washer was clogged with mud.

Happy with our stayPosted Nov 8, 2015
Pros: Location, price, staff
Cons: The rooms had an odor to them. Good thing we brought Febreeze.
Location: Ohio Christian University
Happy with our stay. Breakfast was very good. Other than an odor to the rooms everything else was fine. Very comfortable beds.

The room smelled of Lysol , the manager on duty didn't seem to care. The continental breakfast was nice but the hot water didn't work, just came out in a slow drizzle.

Very noisy.Posted Aug 14, 2015
Comfortable room, but very noisy. The air conditioning unit was very loud when it came on and there was a lot of noise from both the hallway and outside
Less than expectedPosted Aug 11, 2015 on Orbitz
Experience was less than expected. No elevator, so take a first floor room if you have a lot of luggage. Smells a little of smoke even though most rooms are No Smoking. The hot water was shut off with no warning to fix a plumbing problem in the building. Staff works hard, but in the morning the person manning the front desk also was responsible for restocking the breakfast area.

SadPosted Jul 28, 2015 on Hotels
Front desk was rude on check in. Stayed on phone with co worker entire time. Too many mosquitoes to use pool. Room was outdated.
