The hotel is kept well. It’s not run down. Easy to park and the pool area is wonderful!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is convenient, and there is White Spot attached which was great. Beds are comfy and the room we stayed in had new flooring, no carpet. The room could have been cleaner, something was spilt under the night table and was sticky, walls need a good cleaning. We love that the hotel is pet friendly however, our room was the last on the 1st floor closest to the road, (264 st is very busy and it was loud) so it made for some interrupted sleep. All in all the stay was ok, if we had a room away from the road it would have been much better.

Guests flappng thier gums in the hallway at their doors with other members of their group from other rooms. Some cases extremely loud men that typically try to be alphas, and a bit sociopathic in attention demands, by elevated voice. A classic example of someone not confident in themselves. Unfortunately I witnessed a few in my stay. Rooms are not quietened from hallways. This relates to simply rude guest behaviour. Nothing to do with staff and management.

It said free breakfast on website, but the hotel needs to charge my older son breakfast. The hotel said only free breakfast for two adults and kids under 10. We never knew about this condition. It also said kitchenette on the booking website, but there was only microwaves there. Plus, wifi is not working for a certain cell phone. Even, for iPhone, we needed to call for extra wifi password. This was the worst hotel we stayed during our whole trip.
