The only issue we had was that on only a two night stay, the digital key card malfunctioned twice, which meant trips down to the receptionist to get new cards. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast there and it was excellent.

Checked in pretty late so not able to really give much of a review about the amenities. The room was clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and super helpful. Only one elevator was working. The shower head was the only thing that I didnt like, and I could not change the water dispersion.

The elevator is horrible that stemmed the sound of the cable seemed towards the end of the lifespan. When several guests of different floors shared at the same time, it did not stop at the appropriate floor level. Basically each of us had to keep tapping and pressing the floor button after each guest went out. It has taken a lot of time for us to do trial and error before we could figure out what to do. Also the bathtub does not equipped with grab bar so it posts the risks of slip and fall for the seniors.

Great staff, clean and easy. One elevator was out for repair, the other needs it soon. Otherwise, perfect!

The staff were great but the buffet breakfast was awful. Only a few choices with weird sausage patties, undercooked potatoes, hard fruit salad, lousy pancakes, and bacon that was pretty good. The scrambled eggs were just ok. Not really scrambled. Also a limit of one beverage that you may not be aware of until you are already committed.

Best place to stay in Chilliwack
Despite the agricultural smell, Chilliwack is actually a city and this is probably the only real city hotel around. Great location, great in-hotel restaurant and great real hotel service.
