The rooms are average priced and the hotel was not that busy so it wasn’t really loud, but the rooms are getting dated and every time someone turns the water on or off it would shake the pipes in my room making for a pretty noisy stay..

Ive never stayed at a Comfort Inn, but was happy with this place. Ask for a quet room or you will end up on the highway side. Im on the quiet side.

The property was conveniently close (within 3.5 km) of where I wanted to go. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The only knock I have is that one has to walk out to the street (about 50 meters) to get around the fence between it and the restaurant located within 15 meters of the front entrance. Maybe the two property owners should get together to build a gate through the fence to allow hotel guests easier access to lunch and dinner.

They would not allow us to stay there because they do not let people that live in Chilliwack stay at their hotel , with no explanation why .I tried to explain to them that we were seniors , sold our house and could not move into our new one until the next day , they also would not refund me our payment they said i had to go through Travelocity to get my money back

Hi SanciaThank you for your comments.The Hotel policy is indeed that no local residents are allowed to stay at the Hotel.As you made your reservation through a 3ed party and paid them for your stay, the hotel received a virtual credit card from Expedia to pay for your stay. This card was not used by Hotel, therefore your payment is still with the 3rd party and they need to reimburse you.

It was in an excellent location for where we needed to be. Although we didn’t need it our room was accessible. The bathroom was good for a wheelchair but needed some counter space for toiletries and accessories. The bed/sitting room would be difficult to manoeuvre in a wheelchair.
