I always enjoy my stay at Harrison and love both the charming heritage side and the newer side. The mineral pools are so relaxing and the village has a lovely atmosphere

Stayed in the older part of the hotel that definitely is going to need an upgrade in the future as the floor did feel like it was drooping and you can hear the floor creaking from the room above. Room was cleaned ok, found small pieces of garbage on the floor when we first entered. The staff was super friendly and the springs were devine. I would definitely stay again if I were to book in the newer wings.

Yes the hot springs are natural , we just tap into the natural springs and bring it our pools. In order for you to enjoy the water without it smelling like sulfur and it does not boil you,we do have to do a few things to it but it is natural.

The resort itself is is nice, but dated. The restaurants in the town are expensive and have mediocre food. The surrounding natural areas are so beautiful and peaceful. As long as your expectations are hot springs and nature, it’s nice. The town itself has seen far better days.

beautiful surroundings abound. very family oriented. lots of kids and places close at 830. no pool service at all. bring youir own beverages. Only bar in the resort wont let you sit down if you are wearing the robes they provide unless you are "fully clothed" dumbest rule ever.

Even after checking in, I didn't get a room for 2 hours. I got a room, but someone I didn't know was already using the room. I tried getting another room, but then I got into a ridiculous situation where the key didn't work. I've been using this place for the past 20 years, but I've never been in this situation. I feel like it's a place I don't want to go to again.

Clean and quiet, nice view of lake and mountains. Walkable to the little town. Love ❤️ Hot water source place is rebuilt, history board is missing. Please put back. I think good to have history for the guests.

The location is great and we like the pools. We stayed in the main hotel. The facilities are out dated, the sink is almost blocked. But the room was very clean, bedding and towers are all new. The other building is newer and should be better.

The restaurant and coffee show were closed. It took a long time to check in. The coffee maker in the room was dusty. We had booked couple rooms, as we had 8 adults. We asked for a microwave and when we arroved we were told they cant provide us with one. The pools were nice, but there were people with glass bottles and security didnt do anything about that. Also there were children during adult pool time.

We like most I this property is the swimming pools. Pools are heated by hot spring. We highly recommend to everyone.

It took two hours just to check in and one of our rooms wasn’t even ready so we still had to wait. There were no robes available. Apparently one of the washing machines broke down which is unfortunate but these things happen. Instead of being honest, the staff skirted around the request for robes by either saying they would be in the room and then when they weren’t and we called down to ask for some, they told us they would deliver them right away and then when they didn’t deliver them and we called (frustrated at this point), they then told us about the machines. And lastly, the resort is becoming quite run down and doesn’t seem worth the expensive room rate being charged.

The dinner options and the menu at the Lakeside Restaurant were sad and the prices were exorbitant! We will not be dining at that facility in the future. The food quality to price ratio was very poor. RDC

Sooooo the wait time is unreal. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here and both times we have waited over an hour to check in. Our room also smelled like pee as soon as you opened the door. We also had a dog across the hall who would not stop barking all day and night. We came for a girls night away from each of our kids for some quiet and relaxing and it was definitely not that!

The hot tubs were amazing. The condition of the rooms, length of check in and general noise in the room were awful. Flood in the breakfast area was not good either. Luckily there were other places away from the hotel to eat. Overall not worth the price.
