Terrible front desk girl

Front desk girl was rude, she took personal calls. Had her boyfriend come in to bring her food. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean Hotel

Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: All was good
Location: For us the location was perfect. We were there to visit our sister who lives on Whatcom Rd. It is very handy to the airport as well
Really enjoyed our stay with this hotel. Staff was very friendly and quick to help whenever asked. Very nice restaurant and pool area.

Nice place to stay in Abbotsford

Pros: Appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport. Be sure to book it a day or so ahead to make sure there is available driver.
Clean quiet hotel with friendly staff. White Spot restaurant next door is great, good food and reasonable prices.

Convenient access

Pros: Convenient, and it also has easy direct access to attached Whitespot restaurant.
Cons: There was a strange vibration affecting more than our room on the third floor, but only for a few minutes several times in the morning. No idea what.
Staff were friendly and a bonus, left the A/C on after their cleanup, so we came back to a perfectly chilled room on a super hot day.

Was at hotel for a wedding.

Hotel was really good but it was the great front desk staff that really made it. They took very good care of us.

Very Busy

Pros: It is a nice hotel, conveniently located close to the freeway
The hotel was packed for a youth volleyball tournament, lots of noise and young people in halls late into the evening.

Nice and clean.

Pros: short distance to Abbotsford international airport. easy access.
Cons: have a little fridge, would be better.
Location: ease access to a lot of things.
I rented two rooms for the family, and I liked that they were connected, I didn't have to go out of my door to next door and see the rest of the family, the rooms were connected by two doors the we could loo them if we wanted. very nice and comfortable.

Great location

This was our second stay at the hotel, the first was when it was Ramada, when we checked in and out you could tell that the front desk staff were still new, now big deal as the process was painless. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfy, I slept better on this hotel bed than any other hotel with this star rating. When the hotel was Ramada they had an actual coffee machine in the lobby that dispensed out coffee, hot chocolate, and cappuccino, I missed not having this, as the coffee here was quit awful. Would I stay here again? Yes I would.

Last minute decision - good price and convenient location helped make decision. Rooms comfortable, but a bit tired looking. Good value!Good Value

Great stay with kids! It right on the Hwy but it is very quiet. I can really recommend this hotel.
