The Kip Hotel was different for us but very comfortable. We had a large room which had a small kitchen and also a sofa in it which was great, some where to sit other than the bed. The bed and linen were very good.
Staff were very nice. The Kip Hotel is close to public transport, trains and buses at the door step.

We enjoyed our stay here (where i have stayed before). I was upgraded to a Millennium Club room on 7th floor. The room was fine and wonderfully quiet.
We did not breakfast here, as there are plenty of excellent cafes 2 minutes away in Gloucester Road at less than half the price.

This hotel is located right beside Victoria station so you're right in the centre of London and can travel to anywhere in the city. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly so it made the overall experience a great one. The hotel itself is very beautiful and nicely kept. My family and I will definitely be returning.

You go there for the neighbourhood which is unbeatable. Price is reasonable considering it's in London. However on our 6 days there, two of them were without hot water. No showers for two days, with plenty of excuses but no results or attempts to make up for it.
It all started wonderfully with an early Check-In which we didn't expect. But the hot water thing soured our stay a bit.

This hotel does not offer an included breakfast as was advertised on Expedia when I booked it; in fact, they have no dining room. However, the room was clean, if cramped with three beds. The shower leaked terribly, but when we reported it the manager had it fixed that day. One day the staff forgot to give us clean towels, but the person on duty got some for us when we asked. Wifi works well. Our particular room was at street level. Wednesday and Thursday nights were peaceful, though we overheard a lot of partying and one ugly domestic fight on Friday and Saturday nights.
