Inexpensive and sufficient. Gave me wrong room, then said the room I booked wasn't available, then a room was available. Family suite is nice and big. Dark- no window on kids side. No table and chairs to eat at but had microwave and frig. Toilet was busted and when we called they delivered a plunger- twice. No one offered to help.

Zion greeted us with a great smile and excellent attitude. Carlos in lounge was excellent always on top of our drinks and food. Breakfast Buffett good. Clean wherever we went in the hotel. Liked having a newspaper every day. Tv not working in room sent someone right away. Would have liked Queen beds instead of double but overall comfy.

Tooooo noisy. If you stay here ask for a room that doesn't face the back alley. Tons of dumpster activity late at night. They either need to work something out with the neighboring building or sound proof those walls and windows.

Room was dirty when checked in but it was remedied...was a nice hotel, loved the lobby and bar...and really convenient location. I would recommend, also note it was warm at night, I don't think the individual room thermostat worked.

Overall impression was positive - clean and comfort room.
Few negatives -
Room has some chemical odor, not strong but still noticable. More likely from cheap paint and materials used for wall painting.
They have "vending" rooms on each floor, but no vending machines, but ice machine.
Bed is comfortable but warmers are very static, when you turn from one side sparks illuminate whole room.

Has an upscale and retro modern appearance and yet was welcoming for a family of five. You must note: there is a very cool hipster Trader Joes across the street. So if you have a family, don't bring food anlong as you can run across the street until 10pm to get what you need! Hotel staff very welcoming, restaurants and a Papa Johns on the same block as the hotel. Good location and we got a great deal on Expedia. Highly recommend!
