Stayed here twice now. Quiet peaceful hotel. Great breakfast, we paid the extra for secure parking which is just a short walk away and reasonably priced. Handy for shops, trams, restaurants, ferries etc. Will use again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri- La, wonderful staff, all very helpful and service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, really clean, everything you need at your fingertips.
