Yuck

Cons: Everything
Location: Chino- off by itself.
Reminded me of a yucky dormitory. No plates, silverware. No blow dryer. Not nice rooms. Just no place I’d want to go again. Dark and dreary.

Hotel didn't do anything.

No cleanup or bed made. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. They provided a room and that was it.

I'm so sorry - I clicked on the sad face the first time around and that was a mistake. My check-in was great. Bianca was friendly, kind, and warm.

Stay away

Pros: Its close to a main street.
Cons: If anything, I would say most everything
This hotel is beat. Maybe all Extended Stay America places are like this but it was miserable. The place was smelly, the trash room was overflowing, the 'breakfast' is little more than oatmeal packets and low grade individually packed muffins. The property is worn out both inside and out. The room lighting is how Hollywood lights a Siberian prison. The rates are not commensurate with the 1.5 star accommodations.

You get what you paid for

Cons: Expedite check-in
The hotel is simple, economic and serve its purpose. The check-in procedure is cumbersome with lots of papers to fill out and sign. It should be easier since I booked through Expedia. Other than that, all good.

Room wasn’t only outdated, it was dirty. Beds uncomfortable, and false advertisement on the “Free breakfast” only coffee, hot chocolate packs, oatmeal packs and granola bars..... No lotion/shampoo/conditioner in room, no hair dryer

We left the hotel

Cons: Smoking rooms should be on one level separate from non-smoking rooms.
We left because the hotel smelled so bad. The smell was a combination of cigarette and pot. The staff was polite and understanding. I'm requesting a reimbursement.

Not the best, not the worst...

Decent two star hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel could use an upgrade. Rooms were dated, TV tiny, kitchenette but no dishes or silverware. The water pressure in the shower was so weak it was like a mist, hard to even get the soap off of your body. Not worth 100$ for a night.

I have to have a minimum of fifty characters. This was a hotel. They had nice beds and good showers. Food around the sea was good.

Stay was good and close to good food. I have to write more to this review because of Expedia standards are higher than mine for a review. This was a good hotel. Nearby good food.
