Pros: Clean, friendly feel.
Cons: Soundproofing between rooms.
Just stayed one night. Bed was comfortable. Really like having the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Only down side was hearing the man next door cough all night.

Clean and fresh hotel, friendly and helpful staff

We were very pleased with our stay here. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were happy to assist us with any questions we had about the area. A large variety of tasty foods were on offer for the free breakfast.

Location

Posted Aug 23, 2016
Pros: Hotel was very clean. Area immediately around the hotel was very quiet. Outside noise was minimal.
Cons: Ambience inside the room could be improved. There are no chairs other than a couple of straight back table chairs in order to relax.
Location: Not much to do nearby as Chino Balley is not a very populated area. Must drive into Prescott for a greater variety of businesses.
Hotel has a nice location right off of highway #89. Very easy to find and not in a congested area at all.

3 day stay

Posted May 17, 2016
Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: Room would have greatly benefitted with a comfortable arm chair.
Location: Market/gas and local restaurants nearby. Easy drive into Prescott.
Used the motel as a base while looking at local real estate.

Great Staff & Facilities / Bad Breakfast & Noise

Posted May 3, 2016
We checked into the hotel and it appears to be brand new. Very clean and in a nice safe area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were very impressed with them. However, there were a few issues that would prevent my wife and I from returning or recommending this hotel to others. First of all the beds were uncomfortable. Even worse was the lack of sufficient sound insulation between the rooms. We could hear the conversation in the room next to us and every step in the room above us. Finally, the continental breakfast was very limited and the eggs & sausage were terrible. I travel a lot and this is the first time I've ever given a poor review.

Nice hotel away from downtown

Posted May 2, 2016
Pros: staff, cleanliness, continental hot breakfast
Cons: mattresses
The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was available at 6am. The hotel was about 20 minutes from downtown Prescott but the drive was beautiful and we didn't mind at all. The rooms were not huge and my girlfriend didn't find that mattress comfortable.

Visit with family

Posted Apr 18, 2016
Pros: Clean room and having a refrigerator, and coffee maker without extra charge in your room is always a plus for us, which this hotel had.
Cons: Having their breakfast buffet stay open until at least 10:00am.
Location: Prescott is only 20 minutes away. Bonfire restaurant is great place to eat in Chino Valley. The town is peaceful and beautiful.
The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The only problem, was the breakfast buffet. The food was great, but ends at 9:00am instead of 10:00am like most hotels. A lot of the hotel guest that arrived past 9:00am were disappointed. My husband and I were lucky we came at 8:50am otherwise we would have to go out, like the other hotel guest's. For the week-end the breakfast buffet should stay open at least until 10:00am if not 11:00am. 9:00am is to early for the buffet to close. Week-end guest's do like to sleep in.
